Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at novacorestrategy.com and any services provided by NovaCore Strategies LLC ("NovaCore," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
NovaCore Strategies provides website design and development, local SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Google Business Profile management, copywriting, blog and content writing, logo design, brand identity and brand book, social media setup, pitch deck design, and related digital services for small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Deposits and final payment
All website design packages require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final deliverable, before the site is transferred or made live.
Care plans
Monthly care plan fees are billed at the start of each month. Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. We recommend a minimum commitment of three months to see meaningful results.
Standalone services and add-ons
Standalone services are paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, work may be paused until payment is received.
3. Revision Rounds
All project tiers include two rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single communication. Requests submitted after the two revision rounds have been used, or requests that fall outside the original agreed scope, will be quoted and billed separately.
4. Scope of Work
Any work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding. NovaCore reserves the right to decline out-of-scope requests that conflict with the quality or integrity of the original deliverable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required materials, content, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays caused by late or incomplete client-side deliverables may result in adjusted timelines. NovaCore is not responsible for project delays attributable to the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all rights to the final website design and content created specifically for your project. NovaCore retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets such as stock photography, fonts, or plugins may be subject to their own licensing terms. NovaCore will inform you of any third-party licensing requirements relevant to your project.
7. Care Plan Services
Care plan services are provided exclusively for websites built and delivered by NovaCore. We do not offer care plan services for websites built on unknown platforms or by third parties. Care plan scope covers the specific services listed in your plan and does not include new design work, new pages, or structural changes to the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
NovaCore's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We apply best practices in SEO, AEO, and web performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. The following deposit terms apply:
(a) Cancellation within 3 business days of signing
A cancellation fee of $299 will be retained to cover initial planning, discovery, and any work already performed. The remaining deposit balance will be refunded within ten business days.
(b) Cancellation after work has commenced
If cancellation occurs more than three business days after signing, or once substantive work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited in full.
(c) Client non-cooperation
If required materials, content, or approvals are not provided within 14 business days of a written request from NovaCore, the project may be deemed cancelled by the client. In this case, the deposit is forfeited in full.
(d) NovaCore cancellation
If NovaCore is unable to complete the project for reasons within its own control and not attributable to the client, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within ten business days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
